About  Corey Lightfoot

Born in Brownsville Brooklyn, N.Y., Corey started drawing at about the age of 10 fascinated with sketching. His early roots in Art was  drawing Basketball Players which was inspired by his older Brother Jeff.While no formal training at all, as a teenager he  sketched a portrait of his Mother and then decided to use pastel to color it. " Totally ruined it" , He says,laughing. from that day on he was afraid of ruining another sketch and stayed away from paint and pastels.Years later while attending a street fair in Brooklyn, Corey became fascinated with the wearable Art he saw and decided to create his own.
